Our Gurantee is to always deliver fresh & beautiful blooms!! While we always strive to replicate each design, there may be occasions when we need to make a substitution or two. As we know, Mother Nature has her whims, so we can't promise all flowers will be available at every given moment, but we assure you that you'll receive a beautiful arrangement that embodies the essence and style of this design. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am-6pm (high-volume holiday hours are subject to change). We are not able to guarantee delivery times, but will always try our best to accommodate special requests. Learn more about our delivery details & policies. 

In store pick up hours are 11am-3pm Monday- Saturday. If you need other accommodations, please call or email us.

Terms of Service: By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Customers are responsible for entering the correct recipient name, delivery address, and preferred delivery date at checkout. Once an order is placed, we process it according to the details provided, and changes cannot be made without sender authorization. Order confirmations are automatically sent via email; if you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.
